Job Title: Part-Time Administrator

Job Overview: Must be able to work independently and possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills to manage the efficient operation of Historic Shepherdstown Commission organization and the Entler Building Complex.

Salary: $19 per hour

Benefits: Accrued Paid Time Off

Working Hours: Part-time position at 24 hours per week (3 days a week)

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills including:

QuickBooks Online
MS Office
WordPress – Website
Graphics software

  • Accounts management including financial record keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • General office procedures

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage HSC finances
  • Manage membership and community relations
  • Support President and Board
  • Support museum operation
  • Manage tenant offices
  • Manage building maintenance
    and public room rentals
